Despoina, an acclaimed litigator in our company focuses on advising both individuals and legal entities of German, Swiss and Austrian origin on issues related to civil and corporate law mainly focusing on their property rights in Greece.

Moreover, she advises individuals and families with respect to family law, tax and estate planning. She has published numerous articles in several legal publications such as:

TELECONFERENCE IN POLITICAL TRIAL, Television in German courtrooms (Armenopoulos/2005). This essay is part of the book entitled “Justice and Telecommunications – Contributions to the automation of court proceedings and to an electronic / automated justice, as well as to an electronic/ automated procedural law in Germany ( «Justiz und Teletechnik – Beitraege zur Elektronifizierung von Gerichtsverfahren und zu einem E- Justiz und E – Prozessrecht in Deutschland”) by Peter Gilles and Jung Hoo Oh FALSIFICATIONS ON MOBILE PHONES, Prepaid Bundles and SIM-Lock phones (ΔιΜΕΕ/2006) Despoina is a PhD candidate in the Department of Civil Procedural Law of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Due to her aforementioned published essay she was also offered the position of a PhD candidate in the Institute for Legal Informatics (Institut für Rechtsinformatik (IRI) der Juristischen Fakultät der Gottfried Wilhelm Leibniz Universität Hannover). She holds an LL.M in Family Law from the Johann Wolfgang Goethe University. She holds her law degree from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She is fluent in both German and English.
